This week, we moved beyond table-stakes tools like Superhuman and Shortwave into territory that reshapes how we sell.

What’s “table stakes”?
If your email tool isn’t already drafting in your voice, nudging your tone, or sharpening your negotiation lines, you’re behind. That’s baseline. We’ve been there for months.

What’s next?
Cursor. Two weeks ago, the commercial team started exploring it. Yesterday, we killed Lovable for microsites because its API ceiling was blocking us. Cursor didn’t flinch.

Result: one dynamic site + UTM logic = 400 personalized variants.

The CFO at XYZ Corp identifies pain points and ROI opportunities related to cost savings.

The CEO at the same company sees growth and strategic leverage.

Same URL, different story, zero extra builds.

Two and a half years in, the pattern is evident:
Give people time (we block four hours to build, one hour to demo).

Let them experiment.
Watch them invent things you never scripted.

If you haven’t carved out the first hour yet, do it. One-hour compounds. Four-hour scales. Future-proofing your business starts with the calendar, not the tech stack.

Start. Iterate. Repeat.

Best,
Kathy
