You need to DO AI in 2026, and I'm going to force you to actually do it.
Here's how this works:

Step 3: Stop reading and open your calendar. Right now. Block three 1-hour sessions per week. Label them "DO AI." Treat them like the gym, except you'll actually show up because the results are better.
I'll give you something to DO at least once a week. Sometimes twice. Sometimes five times, depending on how much content I create. You're going to figure out how to DO it, I know you will.
If you're a leader, schedule this for your team as well. Nobody gets better at AI if it's not on their calendar. Period.
There's an old saying: If you don't schedule it, you won't do it.
